The Clarke Foley Centre is a charity providing facilities for recreation, education and other leisure time occupations for people over 50. It’s also very widely used by people of all ages and by local clubs, groups and societies who host a wide range of courses, events and meetings. It is a focal point for voluntary activities in the community and for the voluntary efforts given for those who may be disadvantaged. The Centre has a number of rooms, large and small, available for private hire. Free Wi-Fi is available.

The Café serves teas, coffees and light refreshments from Monday to Saturday.


The Clarke Foley Centre is a charity and limited company. It is supported by income from an Endowment Fund and by donations, and income from the Café and room hire.
